This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.
Registration Fee - $450
Payment must be made at the time of registration.
Please contact us if for some reason you cannot make payment at time of registration. We will send you a code to register but payment must be made within 30 days.
Payments can then be made either by cheque payable to the Collingwood United Soccer Club and mailed to 2A-101 Pretty River Parkway, Collingwood, ON L9Y 4M8 or you can call 705-446-1550 and pay over the phone with credit card. (Note: The office is closed until February 1st)
WE WILL NOT PROVIDE CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
Refunds will not be issued for teams withdrawing after May 15, 2020.

You will then see all of the room types available to book ( please note there is two pages, the Living Stone rooms are listed on page two)

We do not require Rosters ahead of time. You must complete them and bring them with you to the tournament registration.
If you are from outside the Huronia District Soccer Association you will need to apply for and bring with you your TRAVEL PERMIT.
You must apply for your travel permit through the Ontario Soccer Competition and Travel Management System. You can do that here:
It is your responsibility to apply for and provide (at the time of tournament registration) your travel permit. Failure to do so will result in you not attending the tournament and no refund will be issued. We will not look up travel permits during the registration process.
Rosters will be posted to our website as we get closer to the date. Please print them and bring them with you to registration.

Registration will take place on Friday May 30th from 6 pm to 9 pm.
It does not matter who registers your team, however, they must have the necessary paperwork:
Travel Permit (if applicable)
Registration can also take place at Fisher Field on Saturday morning. However, it must be completed one hour prior to your first game. As it can be very busy at the field on Saturday morning, we cannot guarantee that you will not have to wait, therefore we suggest that you make sure your team is registered on Friday evening.
Schedules will be posted on our website as soon as we can. It is our hope to have them completed two weeks prior to the tournament.
Games will be played on Saturday (8am to approx 5pm) and Sunday (9am to approx 4pm).
Game sheets will be posted to our website as we get closer to the date.
Rules will be downloaded to the Tournament page on our website.
It is your responsibility to complete the game sheets and bring them with you.
Please ensure you make enough for all the possible games you could play.
